I took a vitamin kinda on a empty stomach and a few hours later i woke up lightheaded and really sick to my stomach. Is it the vitamins? There target brand womens.

Why are my vitamins making me puke?
This has never happened before. I ate a big breakfast and took my vitamins and drank an 8 ounce glass of water which is what you are supposed to do. But an hour later I was puking my brains out. I'm pretty sure that at least some of the vitamin stayed in my system since it was an hour after taking them.Because all that I had was cereal and milk. Which I have every morning. That's how I know it's the vitamins.
