Help how can i maintain my six pack abs and gain muscle mass at the rest of my body?iam confused please read?
well i trained my abs every other day and now i do have a 6 pack but i want to build muscle too.as i read building muscle requires to consume more calories than you burn so i will gain fat and lose my 6 pack help what can i do to build muscle without gaining fat?

Can you do compound exercises when resting other muscles?
For example, let's say that Monday is biceps day and Wednesday is triceps day, can I do hammer curls on Wednesday as my biceps are still resting, or do I have to stick to isolation exercises?

I cut myself, will the scar be there for the rest of my life?
Im not emo. I was mad at life the other day and i cut my self, 3 big lines with sizzors. It was a little bloody. Will the scar remain there for the rest of my life?

Blood pressure: 118/94 Pulse: 158 (resting)?
I'm a teen, 5'2 115lbs female. I can feel a flutter in my chest and according to my mommy pulse is very " thready" i don't know what she meant by that but she said it was.She told me to stay in bed and not to get up. My question is what can cause this? I already had a heart monitor test done and didn't get any answers. thanks P.S. i am already on a beta blocker and blood pressure medications and these readings where 1 hour AFTER taking my medication.

If my muscles are still sore, does that mean I need to rest more and let them rebuild?
I did an intense workout Tuesday with several pushups, pullups, bicep curls, military presses, squats, and ab exercises. My chest, arms, and abs are still sore, and I know the recovery is the most important part of exercising. If they're sore, is that a sign that my muscles haven't recovered and I should still let them rest?

Will smoking damage my health for the rest of my life?
I'm 14 and i smoke about 3 or 4 fags a week, not straights, and also i smoke weed once or twice a month. is this going to damage my health permanently?? my dad smoked a packet a day when he was my age and he's in fine health for his age. i'm not too worried just curious. advice and comments welcome thanks

Face darker than the rest of my body through years of topical acne medications?
I'm 19 years old and have used topical acne products for 2 3 years all warning of increased sun sensitivity. I've always thought of them as sunburn warnings. Resting heart rate of 90. Should I be concerned?
I am a 21 year old male. 6'0" and around 160 lbs.I drink about 4 cups a water a day and get around an hour of exercise a week.I am prescribed to 20 mg of adderall per day but even on the days I don't take it my resting heart rate is still in the high 80's.Should I be concerned?
