The stuff under your fingernails and you're immune system.?
This is just a hypothesis that I have came up with, not sure if anyone them self has thought of this also, I could imagine so. But does eating the stuff you get under your fingernails increase your immune system? Because you're just injecting yourself to tons of different small amounts of bacteria. Isn't that how a needle works for the immune system? Injecting the actual virus into you so your body can create a immunity to it, w e it could be.

In Year 12 and have a low immune system due to stress and lack of sleep?
Im in VCE year 12 and im so stressed and i get to bed past 2 am every day from monday to friday. But it cant be helped with the amount of work i get, if i dont do t, i dont passBut from all the stress and lack of sleep my doctor said that i have a low immune system, thats why i now have a viral infectionI need some help, i understand that my health is important but i really want to do well in school and im getting excellent marksdoes anyone have some tips that could help me to increase my immune system? has anyone done year 12 that could give me some tips?

How do I improve my immune system? I keep on getting sick.?
I keep on getting uti colds other infections ect my doctor ran blood tests and told me I have a lowered immune response because I im low on some kind of white blood cells called lukocyts. Ive been taking probiotics and other vitamins eating better etc and still I just got another uti now anotger round of antibiotics and ruining my immune system even more Im at my wits end here I dont know what to do anymore nothing seems to be helping me help.

I had mono and didn't even know it until I took a blood test months later. I'm very active and I run in college and was hoping that everything will be the same as in health wise like I won't get run down from intense work outs?

Would you say I have a high, Or Low immune system?
So I get sick frequently... about once a month I get a sore throat cold combo. So it seems as though I have a low immune system. HOWEVER I never take any meds for it, and Im always fully back to normal no more than 3 days after... While most people it takes them a little longer, but they get sick less frequently. and I dont take meds. I also work with kids, so out of the 40 Kids I work with in a week, Im open to getting sick a lot PThoughts? Lilly scott, I have had my tonsils removed. and I am asthmatic. sO i do believe that contributes to it, my atmosphere is around younger kids, which are always sick, and spreading germs... Was talking with someone today and she said that when her drs gave up on her cancer treatment that she cured herCancer with her mind and raising her immune system. I don't want to question her because I'm sure it's a sensitive topic to her and i don't want to offend her but I'm just wondering is raising your immune system alone enough to cure cancer or say your mind?

Girlfriend has Suppressed Immune System? Help!?
so the girl that I am dating has suppressed immune system. She says she grew up with it. She is 28. She gets sick more than the average person. She has been in the ER in almost every country state she has been. Has food allergies she take allergy medication does not longer carry her epipen as she says she is fine without it . She keeps a healthy eating lifestyle and actively exercises weekly running and participates in marathons from time to time . I am not sure if this has anything to do with suppressed immune system, but she say she can't sleep because of stress often she wakes up in the middle of the night . She also work long hours. Anyways, I just want to know ways I can make her feel better or help her. I'll do anything to make sure she is okay. I have little knowledge of suppressed immune system so any help is deeply appreciated. Thanks
