Someone make an exercise plan for me please? URGENT.?
I know it seems really lazy that I can't make one for myself, but I don't know where to start I'm sixteen at the moment I weigh 9 1 2 stone. My main goal is to lose fat of my stomach and just tone up I need a realistic plan every time I make one I don't stick to it and I don't have much money to spend I have some I'm just tired of being so uncomfortable in my own skin, please help You'll change someone life if you do well if it works... Should I switch up my exercise/eating routine or keep it the same?
Hi, I am a 41 yo male 5'8" tall 262 LBS. I have been working my tail off for the past three weeks and I have gained weight instead of losing, it is kind of discouraging, but I feel better physically. I have been working out on my home gym, my exercise routine takes an hour to complete, and I do it three times a week. I do three sets of ten on all of the following exercises Seated bench press, Pectoral fly, Tricep Push Down, Wide Lat Pull Down, Seated Preacher Curl, High Pulley AB Crunches, Seated Leg Extension, and free weight dumbell curls. Then I do 30 minutes of cardio on my elliptical. My arms and legs are showing some slight definition, and my stomach is slimming somewhat, I can begin to see a change in my face and my clothes are fitting better especially my shirts, but I have gained weight. I have gained about 5 LBS in the past three weeks. I have been eating about 2500 calories per day, at first I was eating additional calories to make up for the calories I burned on my workouts, for example I would eat 2800 calories if my calories burned were say, 300 calories, but for the past week I have not eaten any additional calories, so the 2500 calories would actually be say 2200 calories at the end of the day after exercise. I know its only been three weeks since I started really putting in the work and as I said, I really feel better but I have been reading the over 40 body transformations here on bodybuilding.com and I am ready to transform. So, should I switch up what I'm doing or continue doing what I am doing? Thanks in advance for your answers.

What exercises/workouts can I do in a pool?
I always try to work out before during summer but I live in SoCal so it's always like 100 degrees outside and even like 80 inside and I can't stand working out in the heat. But I do have a pool in my backyard.What are some ways to exercise in a pool? How many laps should I do for cardio? What other exercises could I try?

Does holding the barbell in different ways, exercise different parts of the muscle?
for example if I am doing barbell bench presses and have my hands as wide as possible towards the weights, do 10 reps, then move my hands in say 10 cm and do another 10, then move them in again for another 10, is that working out different parts of my chest or the same??

Good diet and exercise plans?
Im a 15 year old girl and im overweight. Im sick and tired of feling like I am a nobody, unatractive, and ugly. I want to feel like im a somebody for a change. Summer break starts tomorrow so im hopeing to lose a lot of weight and be toned by the time I go back..... Any ideas from anyone? I am up for anything. Just please help

How can I motivate myself to exercise more?
I'm 16 and want to start exercising more to live healthier and gain muscles. I exercise once and a while Ab exercises and Cardio , but I'd like to be motivated to exercise everyday. I do compound exercises?
i do compound exercises like the squat bench and deadlift but why do my arms feel like they have gained the most muscle.

What are some good exercises you can do without props or a machine?

Exercises to tone stomach within a few weeks?
I am going to a disco in about 4 weeks and I want my dress to look well on me and sit well. I don't want any ''pudgy bits'' as I call them, showing Do you have any exercises to tone my stomach so that it doesnt wobble when I dance? I'm not fat by the way just jiggly D Haha thanks in advance xxx
