Endocrine question: adrenal tumor help!?
Hi,I was diagnosed with a small unilateral adenoma about 5 years ago. It was determined that is was benign but should be monitored. At some point a doctor said he thought it had gone away because they didn't note it on an MRI I had for endometriosis.Turns out, it may have been there all the time. I went to by Dr. recently complaining of severe fatigue, weight gain and hypoglycemia the latter I was already diagnosed with . He thought it might be adrenal insufficiency and ran some tests. The results were CORTISOL, TOTAL 22.7 H ref range 4 22 mcg dL Aldosterone 92 H ref range < or to 28ng dL Aldo PRA ratio 41.1 H ref range .9 28.9 Renin 2.24 normal Here's the weird thing I don't have hypertension, in fact I have normal to low blood pressure and orthostatic hypertension. I travel a lot for work and can't see a specialist for a little while. Does anyone have thoughts about my case? Can it be Conn's syndrome? Any advice would be much appreciated Thanks D
Since I have Low Blood Pressure (LBP) does it mean that my adrenal glands aren't working properly?
also, what causes the lack of oxygen to the brain?I do get dizzy and lightheaded quite a lot of the time especially when standing up after sleeping or even after sitting for a bit and I was told it was lack of oxygen to the brain. However, when it happens I sometimes start to see many black dots 'flickering' around my eye sight and one time it covered my whole sight that I just saw black and fell for a bit. Please help, thanks Khahroshoh yea, well thanks to be honest I don't feel comfortable going to see someone about this. Although it is a bad thing I don't take it as one... that's just me I guess. Jenaww thank you it isn't that scary I guess i'm used to it is all and i'm sorry to hear about your hypertension and thanks for ur support gLoOo thanks for the information it was good help too. What are some herbs that help with adrenal problems?
I produce too much adreneline which makes my mind very hyper active even though I appear quiet on the outside. Are there any good herbs or other homeopathic remedies for this? I'm looking for something to balance it out. Do you know of anything even if it's conventional medicine too? I'd prefer it to be natural.ThanksCourtney, I will give that some thought. Thanks. That was supposed to be 'adrenaline'. Sorry for my misspelling. I can't spell, and I'm a little dyslexic.

Do women with addison's disease/adrenal insufficiency suffer from low estrogen ?
What is the difference between addison's disease and primary adrenal insufficiency ?
don't tell me they are the same because some doctors and vets have told me they are different. however, they can't really tell me what is the difference. One doctor told me addison's disease was the main cause of Primary AI, but he couldn't really tell me why or how. Please provide as many details as you can

Adrenal burn out age 22 possible heart problem?
Ive been to countless doctors, and all I've ever gotten was 'you're fine'. About two years ago I was perfectly healthy , walking , running all these things were a daily thing. For about a year or so now, I feel like I can't breathe, I have been diagnosed with low potassium and adrenal burn out from stress. I hurt all over, and so much that the last doctor I saw tried to pin me with fibromyalgia. When I was a my worst i suffered with a 170 heart resting rate , couldn't breathe, getting an 'average' of ten palpitations daily. of woke up from not breathing and still couldn't get a diagnosis. Now things have gotten much better from there usually I can't even get out of bed which is strange because I'm 22, and weigh 115 at 5" 5. Heart rate resting about 60 64 I know adrenal burn out causes most of my problems, I take the right supplements and practically bedridden. I'm so tired of not feeling even the slightest of normal.Supplements I take Salmon oilFlaxseed twice a week Magnesium keeps palpitations away for the most part LlysineEster cMilk thistleAdrenal supportI'm just wondering why after being normal for 20 years am I not able to get better? How Do i know if my heart is in healthy condition? It's really causing me to feel terrible. I do not and never will I believe in suicide and as my current situation with constantly hurting chest tighteness forgetting to breathe it actually starts to look like the more appealing option if things dont change. Any ideas what to do or to even handle the situation?
